KANK risk disclosure

Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong.

What are the key risks?

1. You could lose all the money you put in

KANK has no intrinsic value and no promised use. Its price depends only on what other people will pay. The price can fall to zero, and there is no buy-back or guarantee from anyone.

2. You may not be able to sell

KANK trades in one small PancakeSwap pool. Liquidity is very low, so even small trades can move the price a lot, and at times there may be no one to buy from you at a fair price, or at all.

3. Supply is highly concentrated

Most of the supply sits in a treasury and linked reserve wallets. If large holders sell, the price could fall sharply. Check the current holders on BscScan.

4. You are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong

KANK is not regulated. In the UK it is not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). In Nigeria it is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. If you lose money, you are unlikely to get it back.

5. Mistakes and theft cannot be undone

Blockchain transactions are final. Sending to the wrong address, approving a malicious contract, buying a fake "KANK" or losing your seed phrase can mean losing everything. Only use the contract ending in 0F14, and never share your seed phrase or private key.

6. Scams and impersonators

Scammers copy logos, create fake groups and send direct messages pretending to be the team. The KANK team will never message you first, offer "support" or promise returns. Use only the links on kank.io/token.

7. Technology and third-party risk

The KANK contract has had automated scans, not a full manual audit. The BNB Smart Chain, PancakeSwap, wallets and card or bank on-ramps are run by others and can fail, change fees, show warnings or be hacked.

8. Legal, regulatory and tax risk

Rules on crypto-assets are changing in the UK, Nigeria and elsewhere. A change in law could limit where or how KANK can be bought, sold or held. You may owe tax on gains; you are responsible for your own tax.

9. No promised project or team guarantee (forward-looking statements)

Any ideas for future uses of KANK are proposals only and may never happen. The project relies on a small team and could stop at any time.

10. Large holders may sell

The KANK project team and linked wallets hold most of the supply and may hold, move or sell tokens at any time.

Should you buy KANK?

Only if you understand these risks and can afford to lose the whole amount without it affecting your life. Spreading money across different things, and never borrowing to buy crypto, can reduce the harm if one thing fails. If you are unsure, get independent financial advice.

Read the full KANK token terms, including who the token pages are not directed at, and check the official KANK channels. You must be 18 or over. KANK is not affiliated with Binance, PancakeSwap, Trust Wallet, MetaMask or any exchange.
